Postnatal consultations can cover a range of topics, including exercise, nutrition, and self-care. I’ll provide you with practical tips and strategies that you can implement in your daily life to support your physical recovery and overall well-being.

Rhythm & Rise
Rhythm and Rise is a unique class designed for mothers to not only take care of their physical health with gentle yoga movements but also their mental and emotional wellbeing also through guided discussions in a mother circle style environment. With a focus on community and connection, Rhythm and Rise is the perfect class for mothers looking to prioritize their self-care while also spending quality time with their little ones.

“My daughter and I have loved the postnatal yoga sessions. Jenna is so knowledgeable and a calming influence on both mum and baby. The sessions allow mums not only to concentrate on their post baby bodies but also share advice and give comfort to others on a down day. Definitely a must for a new mummy!”
