Please complete the following registration form before your first session to ensure I have all the relevant information I need to teach you safely.

Starting our classes is no different to starting any other form of exercise, the same advice applies, if you are not used to regular exercise then you should move carefully and wait until after 15-16 weeks. Also in light of Covid-19 if you have symptoms, feel unwell, have a temperature or you are in a high risk category, please do not attend real life classes, instead participate via Zoom. If in doubt, consult your doctor or midwife.
