“My daughter and I have loved the postnatal yoga sessions. Jenna is so knowledgeable and a calming influence on both mum and baby. The sessions allow mums not only to concentrate on their post baby bodies but also share advice and give comfort to others on a down day. Definitely a must for a new mummy!”
