Great yoga sessions, really helped with coping with my birth experience. Would really recommend to anyone thinking of doing pregnancy yoga!

I attended Jenna's classes both pre & post natal. They really have been such a positive part of my week, both physically with the yoga and mentally with the support. I will miss the classes a lot now my little boy is a bit too old and wriggly!
Jenna is so kind and supportive. She is always smiling and offering kind words of advice! The yoga was always well suited to everyone in the group as Jenna's knowledge and experience made sure each move could be adapted if necessary. The atmosphere always so calm and welcoming! I left class feeling very relaxed and well stretched.
It has been wonderful meeting other mums at both the classes! We were always offered the opportunity to share our weeks highs and lows and bounce ideas off of each other!
Thank you Jenna and I hope one day I will be able to return to your classes again! X

Jenna has been amazing, highly recommend.
Before my first session I was quite nervous as I had tried yoga before and didn’t get on with it. Within minutes of being in Jenna’s class I felt completely different. She was really welcoming and it was great to meet other people who were at similar stages in their pregnancy.
I started at 14 weeks, yoga was a time where I could actually stop, relax and connect with my baby. (Something that doesn’t happen regularly in everyday life). After every session I slept so deeply it set me up for the rest of the week.
She’s taught me numerous yoga positions tailored to how I was feeling that day, advised me on multiple things regarding pregnancy and been a fantastic support all round . I’ve also met other mums to be that I’ve become friends with which is lovely to be able to experience pregnancy together.

Then these classes are perfect to join.

Jenna’s pregnancy yoga class has been the perfect way to prepare for my birth. Having time each week to block everything else out and focus on my body and my baby has helped me hugely mentally and physically throughout my second and third trimester.
Following the birth of my baby I can say I was able to apply a number of the techniques covered in class to my labour and can say with certainty that it made the whole experience that little bit easier. Thank you Jenna!

Wonderful! I have done both the pre natal and post natal classes with Jenna - both have been hugely beneficial in my pregnancy journey and my post natal recovery.
Jenna is a joy to lead the sessions and caters all moves to your personal needs. She is so personable and insightful. The classes have helped my physically in preparing and recovering from birth but also mentally in finding other Mum’s and sharing our journeys and creating space to regulate in a period of intensity.
The classes have been really important to my journey and I would highly recommend to anyone of any yoga ability! My little boy also loves the classes and it’s become a lovely little ritual to attend together.

My daughter and I have loved the postnatal yoga sessions. Jenna is so knowledgeable and a calming influence on both mum and baby. The sessions allow mums not only to concentrate on their post baby bodies but also share advice and give comfort to others on a down day. Definitely a must for a new mummy!

A fantastic Postnatal Yoga class for both mum and baby!
Jenna offers an incredibly safe space, helping with both your physical and mental recovery after birth. She supports your individual journeys into motherhood and offers kind words and advice that go beyond the yoga lesson. It is far more than just a yoga class and provides you with a social, calming atmosphere that is much needed in the early months.
As a beginner to yoga, Jenna was very welcoming and supportive in explaining all the positions and ensuring they were performed safely. The class is a great balance of yoga for mum and massage and songs for baby. It was a weekly favourite for us both! I highly recommend Jenna's classes.

Jenna's pregnancy yoga class is a really lovely space to physically and mentally prepare for birth and parenthood. Jenna creates a wonderful atmosphere to relax and share experiences in and she is always warm, down to earth, and full of knowledge regarding research and official guidelines on pregnancy and birth. I attended the classes from week 15 to 36 of my pregnancy and found them appropriate throughout as Jenna offers adjustments depending on how you're feeling in your body that day. Would highly recommend to any expecting mothers looking for some calming and positive "me-time" before the arrival of baby.

I have attended Jenna's pregnancy yoga classes for the last 5 months of my pregnancy. Jenna is very warm and welcoming, she takes time at the start of each class to check in on each mum-to-be and the tailors the class to suit any particular needs. Jenna goes above and beyond dealing with any questions, often following up inbetween classes with her futher research and suggestions. A lovely, supportive environment that I would encourage any expectant mother to try. Thank you Jenna, baby & I look forward to continuing with postnatal yoga!
