I am so happy that I found Intuition Pregnancy Yoga during my pregnancy! I loved each and every class and found them so useful!

As this is my first pregnancy, I have loved getting to know Jenna and she has been someone that I can call on for advice when it comes to my changing pregnant body. During each class, she has taught movements and breathing techniques that have helped my body so much during my pregnancy and will be invaluable during my impending birth experience! I feel that the classes have helped me to develop a tool kit to take into labour with me which has helped to reduce my anxieties about the experience. I have also loved getting to know the other ladies at the class and have found their experiences and advice invaluable too and the monthly meet ups have been great. Definitely give the classes a go! It’s such a lovely thing to take that time each week to focus in on your body and connect with your baby!

I attended Jenna’s pregnancy yoga classes throughout pregnancy and really enjoyed the moment of calm and relaxation this gave my week. The movement and breath work increased my confidence in managing labour and birth.

I have since joined Jenna’s baby yoga classes and have loved seeing the other mums (and babies) from pregnancy yoga. It has been great to take some time for myself as a new mum, and I will definitely benefit from the movement.
